The Sowebo Arts and Music Festival kicks off the Summer festival season in Baltimore. It is always free and utterly unique. ​ The festival takes place every year (except during pandemics) on the Sunday of Memorial Day Weekend in the streets surrounding the historic Hollins Market. Tha Muthafunkaholx will be closing out the festival on the Market Stage.
