The Sowebo Arts and Music Festival kicks off the Summer festival season in Baltimore. It is always free and utterly unique. The festival takes place every year (except during pandemics), from noon to 8pm, on the Sunday of Memorial Day Weekend in the streets surrounding the historic Hollins Market The festival is produced and staffed by neighborhood volunteers. This event is all about bringing together local music, visual artists, and entertainers, great food, neighbors, and fun for all ages.
